Service Description
This session offers a balanced introduction to both Reiki and ASMR light touch. The first half focuses on gentle reiki to help you settle your energy and bring the body into a relaxed state. The second half incorporates soothing ASMR- style light touch to further calm the nervous system and encourage deep rest. This option is ideal if you're new to energy work or looking for a gentle reset without going too deep. The pace is slow, grounding, and guided entirely by your comfort. Best for: -First-time clients -Stress relief and relaxation -A gentle nervous system reset Calming music or ambient sound supports the session while gentle ASMR light touch is offered to the face, head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, chest, and back using soft tools such as hands, tiny rakes, bamboo brushes, jade combs and more. All touch is slow, soothing, and fully guided by consent. Each session is intuitively guided and attuned to what your body and energy are ready to receive. Intuitive impressions or messages may come through during a session. These are offered gently and only when appropriate, and with your consent. Please note: Reiki and ASMR Light Touch are complementary practices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical or mental health care. They are meant to support overall well-being alongside appropriate professional care.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure your session. Deposits are applied toward the total session cost and are non-refundable. The remaining balance for your session is due at the time of your appointment. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session so that the schedule for the day can be maintained. No-shows will forfeit their deposit. To maintain a peaceful environment within the studio, please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and silence your phones during sessions to support a deeply relaxing experience.
