Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure your session. Deposits are applied toward the total session cost and are non-refundable. The remaining balance for your session is due at the time of your appointment. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session so that the schedule for the day can be maintained. No-shows will forfeit their deposit. To maintain a peaceful environment within the studio, please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and silence your phones during sessions to support a deeply relaxing experience.
